About the Conference

Qualitative Research Connect, LLC is hosting the Global Qualitative Research Conference 2025, its first ever global event that is expected to bring together hundreds of qualitative research experts, enthusiasts, and learners to share knowledge and network. You are cordially invited to this historic event that will gather qualitative researchers, qualitative research learners and enthusiasts to share cutting-edge qualitative research studies from various countries and continents. This conference will focus on fostering rigor in qualitative research methodology to promote empowerment, transformation, and positive change in various academic fields and diverse social, cultural, and educational contexts. Everyone is cordially invited to participate either as a presenter or attendee.

Call for Abstracts

The conference will focus on two major categories: one for empirical qualitative research studies that used qualitative research methodology and the other on best practices in qualitative research methodology. Only one abstract is accepted by presenter to ensure we have time for all the presenters. 

Category 1:

Primary Qualitative Research Studies

Ongoing and complete qualitative research studies in the following fields are highly welcome:

3. Education
4. Health sciences
5. Humanities
6. Languages and linguistics
7. Qualitative research methodology

Category 2:

Qualitative Research Methodology Presentations

If you plan to present on best practices of qualitative research methodology that can help our delegates foster rigor in their future research, consider submitting an abstract under the following strands:

1. Qualitative designs
2. Data collection methods
3. Data analysis
4. Data interpretation
5. Trustworthiness
6. Empowerment and advocacy
7. Ethics

Abstract Preparation

Before submitting your abstract, please prepare a title (10-18 words), an abstract (120-250 words), keywords (5-10), and a bio note for each presenter (25-50 words). Please remember that we accept only abstracts of qualitative research studies and abstracts about qualitative research methodology.

Research Studies

The abstract of a qualitative research study must be 120-250 words and must include the following elements: (a) the background of the study, (b) the problem statement, (c) the purpose statement, (c) the theories behind the study, (d) the qualitative research design, (e) the participants, (f) the data collection methods, (g) the data analysis, and (h) the major findings of the study (if the study is already completed) or the importance of the findings of the study in the field or in the profession (if the study is still ongoing). The abstract is one paragraph only.

Qualitative Research Methodology

The abstract of a presentation on qualitative research methodology must be 120-250 words must state the (a) background of the topic, (b) why it is important, (c) the major topics that will be covered in the presentation, (d) what methodology strand the presentation is related to, and (e) how the presentation contributes to the overall rigor or excellence in qualitative research methodology. The abstract is one paragraph only. It must be based on well-established qualitative research scholarship.

To create an abstract, you must create an account on this website by clicking the button below. Then login with your username/password to access the Abstracts Dashboard. In the dashboard, you may click the New Abstract button to upload your abstract for review.

Conference Registration Fees

Note: All the registration fees will be made online except in countries where PayPal doesn’t work. For countries where PayPal doesn’t work, please contact us as conference@QLRConnect.com for other options.

Within two weeks after the conference, a certificate of participation will be given to all the registered delegates and presenters, presenters will also receive a certificate of presentation, and QLRC nonmembers will also be issued a certificate of membership.
